This is a great jump start to the dance year!

$50.00 per Junior, Teen, & Senior

COMPANY SOLOS & DUET/TRIOS

Company Students may perform a Solo or Duet/Trio with another company member. All Solos and Duet/Trios must be approved by the Dance School Director prior to scheduling of Choreography and Practice Time. Your account must remain current in order to perform a solo or duet/trio. 

All Solos and Duet/Trios are required to compete at the USDP Regional Competition on Saturday November 15^th.  NO EXCEPTIONS! Your score at this competition will determine if you are able to compete at Spring Competitions with your solo or duet/trio.

Bravo! On February 7^th is Optional for Solos & Duet/Trios.  Those solos wishing to compete for Mister & Miss Dance of Appalachian need to compete in this competition.

All Solos and Duet/Trios must be learned by September 15th! Each Solo and Duet/Trio will be assigned a choreographer by the dance school director and they will contact you to schedule a time for choreography and practice time.

If you are keeping a solo from the previous year you will need to arrange a time with the choreographer to polish and make any adjustments to the solo before September 15th. This will be done at the Additional Practice Time Rate.  You will need to request a Repeat Solo From, this must be turned in by June 15^th!

A Solo or Duet/Trio must win a Platinum Award or Equivalent at a Spring Competition to be eligible for ENCORE Solo Selection in the Recital on May 23^rd.

SOLO FEES

Choreography & Instruction Fee $135.00 (paid before choreography can begin)

Additional Practice Time $25.00 per half hour (paid at time of practice)

November 15^th Competition Fee $55.00 (Due by September 15^th)

Bravo! Feb 7^th Competition Fee $25.00 (Due by January 15^th)

If eligible Spring Competition Fee Estimate $130.00 (Estimate $65.00 each competition)

DUET/TRIO FEES

 Choreography & Instruction Fee $70.00 per dancer (paid before choreography can begin)

Additional Practice Time $15.00 per half hour per dancer (paid at time of practice)

November 15^th Competition Fee $35.00 per dancer (Due by September 15^th)

Bravo! Competition Fee $15.00 per dancer (Due by January 15^th)

If eligible Spring Competition Fee Estimate $72.00 (Estimate $36.00 each competition)
